1. How long does Normal Estate perfume last on skin?

Normal Estate’s perfume typically lasts for 5-6 hours based on people’s experience . Nevertheless, the longevity of a perfume is affected by the daily activities of the individual while wearing the perfume. It may last longer if worn in an air conditioned room, but may fade more quickly if worn outdoors. The longevity is also determined by each of the wearer’s skin conditions. Spraying on clothes usually makes the scent last longer than spraying on skin.

2. Is it safe to spray Normal Estate perfumes on clothes?

Yes! It's safe as our perfumes are free of added colorants.

3. Are Normal Estate perfumes vegan and/or halal?

Our fragrances are BPOM registered, comply with the IFRA regulation and certified by the regulation department of each fragrance house we work with. We preserve the natural oil color of the fragrance oil (There are no added colorants in any of our products), free from BHT and animal derivatives ingredients.

4. Are Normal Estate perfumes for men or women?

Our perfumes are unisex and can be worn by both men and women.

5. Does Normal Estate have offline stores?

Yes, at Marygold Markt, Plaza Senayan, and we also have stockists in Jakarta, Bali, and Labuan Bajo. Check our complete list of stockists here

6. Where can I buy Normal Estate perfumes online?

You can purchase through Tokopedia, Shopee, and our official website.

7. Where are Normal Estate perfumes produced?

The perfume oils are produced in France, while bottling and packaging are done in Indonesia.

8. How do I choose the scent that suits me?

We highly recommend you to explore our discovery set to experience our fragrances and determine which fragrance suits you best. Additionally, for every purchase of our discovery set comes with a redeemable voucher worth Rp 189,000.

9. Do perfumes have an expiration date?

Perfumes are generally very stable and can last for many years if stored properly, away from direct sunlight and in a cool place. However, in accordance with BPOM regulations, we are required to include an expiration date on the packaging. Perfumes are generally safe to use for up to 36 months after opening, ensuring the best quality and safety.

1. How do I place an order on the website?

a. Choose the preferred product and click on the “Add to Cart”. If you want to purchase any additional items, you can continue shopping and add them to your cart

b. Proceed to checkout, click on the checkout button to start the checkout process. You can add special instructions to the seller if needed

c. Enter your shipping information, including your full name, street address, city, state/province, postal code, etc. Please ensure that all the information is correct to avoid any delivery issues. Alternatively, you can log in or create an account

d. Select the preferred shipping method from the available options. The shipping cost may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

e. If you have a promo code, enter it during checkout to apply for the discount. (Please review the terms and conditions associated with the promo code before applying)

f. Review and place your order before making a payment, please carefully review your order summary such as products, quantities, shipping information, and total cost.

g. Choose the preferred payment method. Enter the necessary details and ensure they are accurate before placing your order

h. Once your order is placed, you will receive and payment confirmation email with the details of your purchase, including an order number and delivery information

Please note that it is important to subscribe to our newsletter  and confirm your subscription via email before you purchase a discovery set in order to claim the voucher code.

2. I already bought a discovery set, how can I apply the promo code if I want to buy the full-size?

If you have previously purchased a discovery set and would like to use the voucher code for purchasing the full-size product, kindly follow these steps  :

a. After purchasing the discovery set, we will send the voucher directly to your email address. To find our voucher, we advise you to check the promotions section of your email

b. Click “Apply Discount” and you will automatically directed to our website

c. Add the desired full-sized product to your shopping cart 

d. The discount will be automatically applied to the total amount during check out, reflecting the reduced price

e. Complete the checkout process by providing the necessary payment and shipping details

3. Can I cancel my order or change my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed on our website, we are unable to provide cancellations or change. Therefore,  we encourage you to carefully review your order before proceeding to the checkout process to avoid any issues. 

In case you receive any incorrect or damaged product, or if you face any delivery issue, please contact our customer service as promptly as possible, providing the necessary details, so that we can address the situation and work towards the solution.

4. Your Discovery Set comes with a shopping voucher. How do we get access to the voucher and what are the terms and conditions?

For every purchase of our Discovery Set comes with a redeemable voucher worth IDR 189,000. You can use this voucher when you want to purchase our full bottle (50 ml) purchase. Valid for one time only. 

To receive the voucher, make sure that you subscribe to our newsletter first before purchasing. Once the payment has been made, we will send the voucher directly to your email address. To find our voucher, we advise you to check the promotions section of your email.

5. What payment methods are available on the website?

We offer a variety of payment methods to facilitate your shopping experience such as :

a. Bank Transfer : We accept bank transfers from bank BJB, BNI, bank BRI, Mandiri, Permata Bank, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and other banks

SHIPPING

1. Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at the moment. However, our team can help you with arranging alternative shipping methods for deliveries outside of Indonesia. Please contact our team through email at hello@normalestate.com or Whatsapp at +6281260009462 to learn more about the logistics.

2. Can I return your products If I receive a defective one? What is your refund or return policy?

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN, WE ONLY ACCEPT EXCHANGE. Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
